Job Title: Employer Engagement Manager

About the Role:

This is a key role in building and maintaining strong partnerships with employers, local businesses, and stakeholders. You will develop strategic initiatives to foster mutually beneficial relationships that support candidate recruitment, training, and employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive engagement strategy aligned with organizational objectives
  • Designing and managing engagement initiatives to build and strengthen employer relationships
  • Identifying opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, and outreach to advance organizational goals
Additional Duties:
  • Planning, implementing, and evaluating engagement programs and projects
  • Coordinating and leading cross-functional teams to execute engagement initiatives effectively
  • Developing timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to track engagement activity success

You will cultivate long-term employer relationships, serve as primary point of contact, and ensure stakeholders remain informed through regular communication, updates, and meetings. You will also lead outreach efforts to increase stakeholder participation, develop engaging content, and represent the organization at external events to foster new relationships and expand the network.

To achieve this, you will track engagement metrics, compile regular reports on engagement activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement, and use data insights to refine engagement strategies and improve program effectiveness.
