
Employee Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employee Engagement Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, conducting surveys and feedback sessions, and analyzing results to suggest action plans.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, and 1-3 years of experience in HR or employee engagement roles.
The Employee Engagement Specialist will work closely with the HR team and leadership to align engagement strategies with business objectives, support onboarding programs, and monitor employee morale and engagement through regular interaction and pulse checks.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as team-building events, wellness programs, birthday/anniversary celebrations, festival events, etc.
- Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions; analyze results and suggest action plans.
- Develop communication campaigns to promote company culture, core values, and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain records of all engagement programs, participation metrics, and budgets.
- Work closely with the HR team and leadership to align engagement strategies with business objectives.
- Support onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience.
- Monitor employee morale and engagement through regular interaction and pulse checks.
- Assist in organizing internal recognition and reward programs.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or employee engagement roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Event planning and project management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRMS tools.
