Employment Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Employment Coach. As an Employment Coach, you will play a vital role in assisting our customers to set and achieve their employment goals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver coaching and support to customers to improve their employability skills and confidence
- Assist customers in preparing quality resumes, cover letters, and job applications
- Find suitable employment opportunities for customers and advocate on their behalf
- Refer customers to internal and external support services for housing, mental health, and financial counselling
- Document customer information and progress accurately within Workskil Australia and Government systems
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and inclusive, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have strong administration skills and IT literacy, including data entry, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
