Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Employment Opportunities Specialist to join our team at atWork Australia. As an Employment Opportunities Specialist, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with employers and community networks to secure employment opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and community networks to identify and secure employment opportunities for our clients.
  • Manage a small caseload of clients, providing advocacy and support to help them achieve their employment goals.
  • Provide information and advocacy about atWork Australia's services to clients and the wider community.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands to achieve positive outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment and achieve positive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employers and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
