About the Position

This administrative role is part of a fast-paced environment, providing customer service and support in planning and building services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process and coordinate planning and building applications.
  • Prepare and issue correspondence, reports, and property information.
  • Enter accurate data and manage records in Council systems (Pathway, TRIM).
  • Assist with statutory returns, purchase orders, and invoicing.
  • Support the team with general administration and use of a dedicated phone system.
What We're Looking For
  • A solid administration background with experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A confident communicator able to liaise across teams.
  • IT savvy – proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new systems; Pathway and TRIM experience.
  • Previous experience in local government, planning or building services essential.
