Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Strategy Manager to join our team at Coles Group. As a key member of our Group Strategy function, you will play a central role in setting the company's strategic direction and driving business growth.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex analytical problem-solving, developing and executing strategic plans, and inspiring high-performance teams. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and deliver key finance initiatives, lead project planning and execution, and drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide fact-based insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Lead the development and execution of project plans to deliver against strategic priorities
- Lead analysis and structured problem-solving to develop and articulate initiatives and key success metrics
- Identify and mitigate key risks to in-scope projects
- Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders as a strategic thought partner and driver of execution
- Guide and support the team in the use of effective analytical tools and techniques
About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent qualification, and a strong background in corporate finance, banking, consulting, or a related field. You will have a proven track record of managing people and projects, and a high level of proficiency in analytical tools and techniques.
