Civil Site Supervisor

We are seeking a professional Civil Site Supervisor to lead our construction projects. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in supervising civil projects, including roads and structures, and will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5-10 years' experience as a Roads or Structures Supervisor or Leading Hand, particularly on TMR / roads / bridge / drainage projects.
  • Experience in supporting Project Managers and Engineers in the successful delivery of projects.
  • Ability to read drawings.
  • Knowledge of quality, environmental and work health and safety management systems.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrable Computer literacy commensurate with acceptable industry standards.
  • Any Industry qualifications will be an advantage & highly regarded.
