Hoffmann Civil has been delivering contracts to tier 1 companies in the civil construction and earthmoving industry in Brisbane for over 35 years. Our projects include works for (but not limited to) stormwater and drainage, earthworks, road works, pavement and carparks. Experience in delivering similar projects is essential.

**Our Opportunity**:
We wish to expand our existing civil team with an experienced Leading Hand. This will be a hands-on role for a motivated individual who likes fast paced, productive working environment.

Applicants will need to have at least 3 years experience in the role, have good communication skills, sound problem solving abilities, be committed to safety and environmental practices and be focussed on building strong working relationships with the team. Your experience working on civil construction projects will mean that you are familiar with construction and engineering methods, including reading and interpreting plans.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- White/Blue card
- Manual drivers licence
- Preferably competent in operating excavators, skid steers & rollers

To be considered you will need to have a current resume which details your employment history with a similar role within the industry.

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
