**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Field Service Technician.

This position involves performing service and repairs on farming machinery, inspecting equipment, diagnosing faults and rectifying them according to approved procedures, and undertaking ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical trade qualification, excellent communication and customer service skills, and be well-organised and able to complete paperwork in a competent manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on farming machinery.
  • Diagnose and rectify faults using modern diagnostic techniques.
  • Undertake ongoing training to improve technical knowledge and skills.
  • Prepare new equipment for delivery.
