KPMG's CRM Campaigns team is a collaborative hub where marketing expertise and technical excellence converge to deliver impactful digital marketing campaigns for clients. This synergy enables the team to craft innovative client-centric solutions.

As a key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing customer journeys through advanced campaign automation and CRM platforms. Your responsibilities will include spearheading data-driven trigger-based customer journeys, implementing lead generation and nurture programs, and facilitating event invitations.

You'll provide expert insights on email design, audience segmentation, and lead management to optimize campaign outcomes. You'll also strive for continuous improvement by fully leveraging our automation capability and recommending opportunities for performance uplift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and own end-to-end trigger-based customer journeys using campaign automation
  • Deliver robust lead generation campaigns and nurture programs
  • Leverage best practices and analytics to inform customer journey design
  • Inform and build campaign assets – emails, marketing forms, segments, and customer journeys
  • Build audience segments and data extracts
  • Optimize leverage of the firm's campaign automation platform, support platform migrations and enhancements (scenario testing, user and business verification testing), issues resolution, and business process improvements
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with KPMG's Spam and Privacy Policies

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need 4-5 years of hands-on experience with campaign automation and CRM platforms, including proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics Real-time journeys or comparable marketing automation tools. You should also have expertise in designing customer journeys across multiple channels with marketing automation.

A solid background in data-driven marketing, digital marketing analytics, and lead management is essential, along with strong knowledge of database management concepts, best practices, data queries, and audience segmentation. Basic to moderate HTML knowledge is also required.

Familiarity with SPAM and Privacy requirements in the context of digital and email marketing is necessary.

Experience in managing conflicting priorities in an agile environment is also essential.

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on location and experience.
