We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Endeavour Foundation.

Role Overview

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Cannon Hill with flexible hybrid working arrangements. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital strategies that drive growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement across multiple platforms.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of seven, including three direct reports, to develop, execute, and optimise cutting-edge digital marketing strategies. You will oversee paid media, SEO, UX/UI, website development and optimisation, marketing automation, email marketing, and martech solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure digital initiatives align with business goals and drive commercial outcomes. Additionally, you will analyse and report on digital marketing performance to inform future marketing strategies and improve results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that elevate the organisation's digital presence, enhance brand visibility, and drive revenue growth.
  • Apply continuous optimisation practices and analyse and report on digital marketing performance to inform future marketing strategies and improve commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and implement digital and data solutions.
  • Foster a culture of motivation, engagement, and collaboration within the team, ensuring each team member is empowered to excel in their role.
  • Oversee the digital marketing budget and ensure the optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI and ROAS.
  • Provide leadership in digital transformation, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain digital marketing KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors and ensure optimum deliverables.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in senior digital marketing roles, leading teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Experience in digital transformation and project management.
  • Strong analytical and data visualisation skills.
  • Proficient in digital metrics, performance tracking, and campaign optimisation.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, CRO, Google and Meta ads, and performance marketing.
  • Proficient in using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, and Sitecore.
  • Salesforce certifications are desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and inspire high-performing teams.
