About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Consultant to lead our Child and Family Health program. The successful candidate will have expertise in Child and Family Health Nursing and a proven track record of leading and managing teams in a healthcare setting. The role will involve strategically planning and implementing program initiatives to improve health outcomes for families and children. The successful candidate will be a strong leader and communicator, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve program goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve health outcomes for families and children
  2. Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to achieve program goals
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address health service gaps
  4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community groups, and government agencies

What You’ll Need
  • Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Child and Family Health Nursing
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
