Your Role:As a Community Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Domestic Support: Ensuring a clean and safe living environment for our clients.
- Meal Assistance: Aiding clients with meal preparation and grocery shopping.
- Social Engagement: Providing companionship and facilitating access to community activities.
- Emotional Support: Offering respite and emotional assistance to clients.
- Transportation: Assisting clients with travel to appointments.
- Complex Care: Delivering specialized care for clients with higher needs, including those with dementia.
- We prioritize the well-being of our clients and staff, ensuring a supportive work environment.

We are looking for individuals who:
- Have a genuine desire to assist the elderly in maintaining their independence.
- Possess a current Australian Driver's License and have access to a registered vehicle.
- Can remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Are available to work at least three weekdays, with no night or weekend shifts required.
- Are comfortable working autonomously while knowing when to seek assistance.
