We are seeking a senior ambassador for the 3LOD program to identify, develop, and implement strategies that sustainably build the risk capability of all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver organisational development strategies and solutions aligned to evolving needs
  • Manage the implementation and ongoing improvement of OD strategies and solutions
  • Provide thought leadership on risk capability by staying up-to-date with emerging trends, methodologies, tools, and techniques
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in organisational development within financial services
  • Deep understanding of operational risk management
  • Ability to deliver learning content to various audiences, virtually and face-to-face as needed
  • Relevant qualifications in human resources, organisational psychology, or related field
