Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a customer-orientated Salesperson in our Capalaba store. You will provide exceptional support and create enchanting experiences for valued customers.

The Role

You will be responsible for providing phenomenal assistance and comprehensive information about our products. As a brand ambassador, you will engage in exceeding customer expectations and creating a profound footprint on our customer experience.

Your duties may include:

  • Driving sales and achieving individual and company objectives
  • Providing exceptional customer service support and maintaining high-level customer service standards
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the retail store
  • Conducting rental and return transactions with efficiency and accuracy
  • Processing deliveries and pickups, assisting with stock management and replenishing stock on the shop floor
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity

About You

To be successful, you should ideally have:

  • Prior experience in retail and sales
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A positive can-do behaviour and a passionate approach to duties
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment and anticipating customer needs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
