As a sales professional, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will support customers from the moment they express interest in our products through to their delivery day experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with walk-in guests promptly and ensure they feel welcome.
- Excite, engage, and educate prospective customers through calls, emails, or text and outbound events.
- Help maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling Test Drives.
- Actively contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the full sales cycle.
You will work closely with our team to deliver a memorable experience for our customers on delivery day. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sustainable energy and have a strong sense of team mentality and reliability.
Requirements:- Client service experience required.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the changes in the transportation industry.
- Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Mastery of all product offerings.
