About The Role
As a National Credit Officer, you will play a vital role in managing collections and minimising aged debtors. Your work will ensure consistency and best practices that reflect our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Cash Collections: Efficiently manage daily cash receipts and ensure timely collection of aging invoices.
- Invoicing: Handle invoicing, credit notes, and necessary adjustments with precision.
- Account Reconciliation: Conduct thorough reconciliation of accounts to maintain accuracy.
- Queries: Address general queries promptly and professionally.
- End-of-Month Procedures: Assist in the seamless execution of month-end procedures.
- Proven track record in collecting overdue accounts
- Exceptional organisational and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner
- Proficiency in numerical and data-entry tasks
- Competent computer skills
- A degree or relevant experience is preferred
