Technical Sales Support:

  • You will foster strong relationships with certified installers and wholesalers, providing ongoing support, training updates, and product knowledge sharing.
  • You will collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that align with their needs.
  • You will demonstrate the value and capabilities of Smappee's products to potential customers through technical presentations, demonstrations, and consultations.
  • You will collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for certified installers to contribute to sales efforts and provide post-sales support to customers.
  • You will provide technical demo sessions to potential customers and partners regarding Smappee's functionality.
  • You will organize training for new Installers who want to become Smappee Certified.
  • You will manage the Smappee Certification program in Australia.

Requirements:

  • You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the field, providing service and technical reports for electronic or electrical units. A bachelor's degree (or equivalent background) in a relevant technical field, such as electrical engineering or a related discipline, is valued, but we place a strong emphasis on proven practical expertise.
  • Certification in the Electrical Competence Programme or equivalent qualifications, as well as certification as an electrician, will be considered a plus.
  • You have a strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and articulate them in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You have a customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
  • You have analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively, both remotely and in-person.
  • You have the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with energy monitoring, smart home devices, or renewable energy technologies is a plus.
  • Understanding commercial electrical systems is a plus.
  • You are willing to travel for face-to-face training, customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
  • You hold a valid Australian Driver's License.
  • You have full-time working rights in Australia.

Benefits:
