About the Role

This role plays a vital part in enhancing community engagement and operational efficiency at our facility. By providing exceptional customer service, we ensure that visitors have a warm and welcoming experience while ensuring the smooth administration of day-to-day activities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Coordination: Support the development and delivery of projects, programs, and events across our locations, focusing on the Positive Ageing program.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Positive Ageing team to guarantee effective program execution and event management.
  • Social Program Support: Assist with the Mathers House dining program and Mathers Place activities, including launches and other events.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and community-oriented individual with expertise in community sector initiatives. The successful candidate will possess strong administrative and financial management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Physical fitness and the ability to manage manual tasks are essential, along with a commitment to organisational values and behavioural standards.
