Job Title

A Project Coordinator is required to assist with facility management services for nominated sites.

About The Role

This role involves coordinating and assisting with all facility management services delivered across multiple locations.

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure maintenance is provided and measured across all sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure maintenance is provided and measured across all sites.
  • Monitor completion of planned maintenance activities.
  • Deliver services according to scope and quality standards.
  • Control costs through initiatives, quality management, and contractor efficiencies.
  • Provide leadership and direction to contractors.
  • Deliver customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual KPIs.
  • Manage, report, and monitor financial performance against budget, including forecasting for future works.
  • Ensure contractor compliance with established procedures and policies.
Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have experience in a similar role, working with various tradespeople, and possess:

  • Knowledge of cost planning and management.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • A valid driver's license.
