As a Commercial Customer Development Manager, you will drive substantial new business growth and increase market share within the South-West and Great Southern Regions of Western Australia.

You will cultivate and strengthen business relationships, enhance sales performance, and improve operational efficiencies. You will maintain a customer territory, leveraging our CRM program to maximise business opportunities and sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the territory in line with our Customer Value Proposition, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to meet the requirements of our strategic business plan.
  • Maintain a customer territory, leveraging our CRM program to maximise business opportunities and sales growth.
  • Attend Sales Meetings, Trade Shows & Product Training as required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Industry Business Development Management experience in Automotive, Industrial, Local Government, Transport or Commercial Hire sectors.
  • Prior achievement in areas of responsibility, specifically sales results, customer relationship development and territory management.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate, influence decisions, facilitate outcomes and achieve results.
  • Sound business acumen and numerical competency.
  • Proven ability to prioritise workloads and work calmly under pressure.
