About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving new equipment sales of JCB equipment within your territory while delivering outstanding service to existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed new equipment sales targets in your territory
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – from initial contact through to machine delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and past customers
  • Facilitate product demonstrations and coordinate local marketing activities
  • Represent CEA at trade shows, exhibitions, and business forums
  • Prepare and submit sales-related paperwork efficiently to internal departments
  • Attend and contribute to weekly sales meetings
  • Keep the customer database up-to-date with contacts, quotes, and feedback
  • Support the Sales Manager with tenders and key account activities
About You

We're seeking a confident, proactive, and customer-focused sales professional who can own and grow a territory. To be successful, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in territory or field sales management
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong cold-calling and lead generation skills
  • Knowledge of construction or capital equipment industry preferred
  • Familiarity with competitor products and market pricing
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Competency in CRM systems and digital communication tools
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on long-term customer success
