Workforce Planning Role

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Planner to join our Primary Health Services team at Healthcare Australia. As a Workforce Planner, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and forecasting workforce needs, developing scheduling strategies, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Analyze and forecast workforce requirements based on business objectives and drive improvements in workforce planning
* Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels while controlling labor costs
* Collaborate with department managers to adjust schedules based on changing requirements and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
* Prepare reports on workforce metrics, including utilization and efficiency, and recommend process improvements based on data insights

**Requirements:**

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to dynamic business needs and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and workforce management software
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field, and proven experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or resource management
