We're seeking an experienced Team Coordinator to join our Buying team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at organization, and enjoys collaborating with dynamic teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organization and Coordination: Be the heartbeat of the Buying team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Pre-Sale Checks: Verify vehicle information, including recall checks and service history, to guarantee a smooth process for our buyers.
  • Logistics and Administration: Safeguard keys, log books, and car accessories, maintaining a secure and organized environment.
  • Communication: Foster great communication within the team by scheduling updates and being the go-to person for queries.
  • Data Entry: Accurately verify vehicle information and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch support to the wider team and deliver exceptional customer service when needed.

About You:

  • Administration Experience: Bring previous experience in administration or coordination from a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess solid customer service skills and a customer-first mentality.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a self-motivated and adaptable role, switching between tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
