Carma Buying Team Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to support our Buying team at Carma. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all pre-sale checks are completed, including recall checks and service history, to provide a seamless experience for our buyers. They will also be responsible for keeping track of keys, log books, and car accessories, and fostering great communication by being the go-to person for scheduling and updates within the team.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration or coordination within a fast-paced environment, solid customer service skills, and a customer-first mentality. They will be self-motivated, thrive both independently and as part of a team, and be adaptable and comfortable switching between tasks while maintaining a high attention to detail.
