We're powered by a diverse and collaborative team managing various aspects of our business, from engineering to marketing and reconditioning in-house. We're now seeking an Automotive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and contribute to our vision.

About You

You'll be responsible for crafting the ideal reconditioning plan for every vehicle that comes through our process. With your expertise in automotive repairs and costings, you'll assess inspection results and recommend the best route to transform each vehicle into a Carma-standard car.

  • Inspire trust with your attention to detail, ensuring a balance between quality, time, and cost to deliver exceptional vehicles for our customers.
  • Inspect Carma cars, identifying damage and determining the best repair strategy.
  • Evaluate all findings for each individual car to make informed decisions.
  • Leverage your knowledge, our system, data, market insights, and in-house standards to determine the optimal pathway for each vehicle.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to share ideas and involve relevant personnel in decision-making processes.
  • Account for the end cost and quality of cars versus your initial projections, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Rise to challenges, contributing to the smooth operation of our production line by assisting with tasks such as moving vehicles or ensuring timely completion of projects.

Your Ideal Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Extensive knowledge of vehicles, with experience in inspections and/or repairs being highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in navigating new systems, demonstrating adaptability in a tech-driven environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, allowing you to balance speed with high-quality output.
  • A clean NSW driver's license, ensuring you can safely operate company vehicles.
