About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Quality People and Training Solutions. As a speech Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care and support to our patients, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide person-centered care
- Conduct thorough assessments of individuals with communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs
- Regularly review and adjust treatment plans to ensure they are effective
Requirements
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Possess knowledge of aged care and NDIS funding
- Tertiary education in Speech and/or Language Pathology
- Passion for helping others
