Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Speech Therapist to join our team at HealthcareLink in Newcastle, NSW. As a FT/PT Speech Pathologist, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including paediatric and adult patients.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that offers a competitive remuneration package based on experience, up to $110K per year. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to support the therapy needs of NDIS participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and diagnosis of communication disorders
  • Design, trial and implementation of low tech and high tech communication devices
  • Develop, implement, monitor and review treatment plans
  • Assessment and management of swallowing difficulties

Requirements
  • Degree in Speech Pathology and registration with SPA
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills and clear report writing skills

  • Current Police Check, Working with Children Check
