**About The Position**

We're seeking an experienced Habit Coach to join our team in Newcastle. As a Habit Coach, you'll support NDIS participants in developing healthy habits and achieving their goals.

You'll work under the guidance of our primary therapists, implementing therapy plans and providing support to participants across all ages and stages of life. Your role will involve:

  • Implementing therapy plans and providing support to participants
  • Working with participants to develop healthy habits and achieve their goals
  • Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support
