About the Role
  • Lead your team to enhance inventory management, maximize sales, and drive profitability for your category.
  • Develop and forecast merchandise plans, budgets, and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Buying, Supply Chain, and senior leadership.
  • Analyze and strategize using sales, margin, and inventory data to inform business decisions.
  • Coach and develop your team to achieve business goals and align with best practices.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a Merchandise Planner with a proven track record of delivering KPIs.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to generate actionable insights from data.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end inventory management, forecasting, and replenishment.
  • Proven leadership and coaching abilities, with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems required.
