Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound corporate sales enquiries by gathering customer needs and understanding their requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by offering personalized solutions that meet their requirements and leveraging product knowledge to cross-sell/up-sell.
  • Continuously review and implement strategies or workflows that support improved conversion, efficiencies, and customer service, thus increasing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Engage leads from start to finish, guiding them through the process and maintain consistent communication to build trust and confidence.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador and first point of contact for corporate customers and partners, resolving problems and delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned with quality standards.
  • Scheduling Calls: Arrange calls and product education with prospective customers, tailoring the order.
  • Sales Order Processing: Support the processing of sales orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete, manage operational requirements for order fulfillment.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain regular contact with customers, providing updates on order status and addressing inquiries.
  • Data Management: Process data and generate reports using Excel and the company database.
  • Documentation: Handle customer paperwork and contracts and create marketing materials such as brochures and costing sheets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales-related position.
  • B2B experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
