Lead a Dynamic Team Environment

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory and merchandising using their knowledge of the great outdoors. As a Store Manager, you will lead a team whilst achieving sales targets, managing stock levels and fostering a premium consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance and Targets: Drive sales growth and achieve target results through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Inventory Management: Manage stock levels to ensure optimal availability and minimize waste.
  • People Management: Lead a dynamic team environment and manage employees to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Retail Certificate: An advantage but not essential.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Leadership Skills: Able to lead a dynamic team environment with strong leadership skills.
