
Claims Management Professional

The role of a Financial Claims Specialist involves managing financial lines, general liability, and cyber claims from notification through to resolution.
As part of this role, you will provide professional, prompt, and courteous service to stakeholders, including:
- Providing detailed threshold coverage analysis and advice
- Timely and courteous verbal and written reviews and responses
- Working with legal partnerships to investigate and determine liability, quantum, and a tailored strategy for resolution
Additionally, you will establish timely and accurate reserves, instruct and manage key legal partnerships on claims where appropriate, and attend meetings to discuss claims narrative and outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Financial Lines claims management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
As a well-organised individual, you will demonstrate managing multiple claims and enquiries with ease and enjoy working with different teams within the business to achieve shared success.
