We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the entire claims process for our mixed portfolio of Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Property claims.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Accurate reserving and claims investigation
  • Claims cost management and negotiation with third parties
  • Built rapport with clients and internal/external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end claims management is essential
  • Good written and oral communication skills are required
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly
  • Australian work eligibility is necessary

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience managing public liability/casualty claims would be highly regarded
