TAL Insurance seeks a professional Claims Consultant to join their Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship building skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

TAL's Claims Teams are committed to providing an outstanding claims experience for customers. They are structured to support the customers of three key business channels: Retail, Group and Direct. This role offers the opportunity to work within one channel or move across these channels.

This role is suitable for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.
