Flight Operations Coordinator

We seek a highly skilled Flight Operations Coordinator to join our team, someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable working under pressure.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all requirements for safe and efficient flight schedule operations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive and senior leadership teams.
  • Making informed decisions under pressure requires strategic thinking, planning, and fact-based analysis.
  • Respond promptly to On-Time Performance (OTP) threats with adequate and appropriate measures.
  • Operate various systems and processes related to operations and communication.
  • Respond to medical/other emergencies, operational issues, schedule disruptions, and disruption recovery efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A self-motivated individual with a proven understanding of airline operations or similar control experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in an ever-changing environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong social skills, including relationship management, effective communication, and inspiration/influence.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
  • Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift roster, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Eligibility to live and work in Australia.
