Operations Team Member

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day coordination of next flight operations. This position serves as a critical link between customers, airlines, courier drivers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely customer resolutions for both internal and external clients.
- Coordinate the movement of time-sensitive freight for next flight operations.
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization.
- Work closely with airlines to ensure seamless coordination of time-critical deliveries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous airline experience is highly desirable.
