Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to join our Brisbane Airport Catering team in a permanent full-time position.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform short distance driving and basic vehicle checks, including re-fuelling.
  • Safely load and unload trucks and aircraft with catering, carts, and ovens, ensuring any discrepancies are followed up on.
  • Guide and position the trucks in line with company, airport, and airline policies.
  • Communicate and coordinate with Airline cabin crew for aircraft servicing and delivery hand over.
  • Coordinate with dispatch aircraft timings and flight delivery allocations.
  • Complete administrative documentation, reporting and general cleaning duties as required.
Requirements
  • Hold a clean MR or HR driver's license.
  • Be able to perform frequent manual handling tasks.
  • Maintain a Safety First Mindset, always being aware of surroundings and practicing proper techniques per company standard training.
  • Be flexible working around flight schedules.
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Present themselves neatly and tidily.
  • Obtain a clear National Police Check as this role is within the Aviation Services industry.
  • Be available to work 38 hours/week as this is a full-time permanent position.
