- Support clients with shopping and meal preparation
- NDIS Clearance and NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
- First Aid Certificate that includes CPR
- Certificate III in Home or Aged Care or Certificate IV in Disability Support
- Ongoing support provided by a dedicated service team
