We are seeking a skilled Nursing Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our home care services, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive and exceptional nursing services to clients in their homes.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills, with a strong ability to problem-solve and manage complex issues. Experience in complex care is essential, and proficiency with clinical documentation and NDIS reporting is highly valued.
This is a flexible, rewarding opportunity for a dedicated nurse who is passionate about making a real difference in clients' lives. You will have the autonomy to work independently, with access to clinical support as needed.
As a Nursing Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality nursing services to clients in their homes
- Conducting assessments and developing personalized care plans
- Managing complex issues through effective problem-solving and documentation
- Collaborating with other clinicians to achieve optimal outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
- Recent experience in complex care
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with clinical documentation and NDIS reporting
- A valid driver's license and insured vehicle
