About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Energy business, you'll play a critical role in advising clients on the development and implementation of power generation projects, energy storage projects, and power networks operation. Your expertise will help shape the future of energy infrastructure and drive sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on power generation projects, energy storage projects, and power networks operation
  • Collaborate with a team of specialists to develop innovative solutions for complex energy challenges
  • Perform power system studies using commercial software and analyze results to inform decision-making
  • Lead the deployment of innovative projects in energy storage and inverters-based generation markets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure timely and quality advice

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a degree-qualified Power Systems Engineer with at least 5-10 years of post-graduation experience in a power industry role. You'll have a strong understanding of electrical engineering and power systems theory, as well as experience with power system modelling software such as PSSE, PSCAD, and Powerfactory. Site and practical experience with power systems behavior is a plus.
