We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our team of employment consultants in delivering sustainable employment outcomes for people with disabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in leadership and management to drive business growth and excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of employment services across multiple sites, leading and empowering your team to achieve high-quality results.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Oversight of key regions with offices in various locations
  • Lead and empower a team of employment consultants to deliver exceptional results
  • Facilitate staff training and development to ensure provision of high-quality services
  • Develop strategies and programs to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employment opportunities
  • Monitor individual, site, and area performance using data and metrics
  • Ensure achievement of internal and external performance and quality benchmarks

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experienced leadership and management skills, preferably in the employment services sector
  • Passion for people with disabilities succeeding in employment and education
  • Success-driven approach with ability to achieve performance targets and manage budgets
