Bespoke Furniture Manufacturing Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Workshop Manager to lead our team of skilled tradespeople in delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of maintaining productivity and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the workshop team to achieve collective delivery of results
• Maintain productivity and quality control
• Manufacture bespoke joinery and furniture from start to finish
• Develop cutting lists and coordinate assembly of items
• Take ownership of manufacturing projects from start to finish
• Train and mentor junior staff members
• Coordinate manufacture and dispatch of joinery items with onsite carpentry teams
• E nsure employees adhere to industry health and safety guidelines

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years' experience in bespoke furniture, shopfitting, or joinery manufacture. Cabinet making or joinery qualifications are essential.

A positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills are also highly valued.
