Senior Business Development Insurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients

- Provide exceptional service while building close working relationships
- Negotiate with partners to achieve the best outcome for clients
- Maintain an active sales pipeline
- Manage compliance obligations and stakeholder relationships
To be successful in this role you will be a high performer who can demonstrate portfolio growth. You will also enjoy working collaboratively but also be able to work autonomously, love that no two days are the same and that much of your time will be spent out with clients or prospective clients, and not in the office.
You will have excellent organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail and sound general insurance technical ability and be a problem solver. A Tier 1 qualification is mandatory.
About You:The ideal candidate will be sales orientated and able to build a sales pipeline to support new business growth.
