We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Retail Supervisor to join our growing team at Three Blue Ducks in Byron Bay

- We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Retail Supervisor to join our team at our Byron Bay location within our Produce Store, where you will help drive retail sales and make sure every guest has a fantastic experince at The Ducks.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily retail operations and ensure a high standard of service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service.- Assist in managing inventory and following inventory processes
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies to enhance sales.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organised retail space that reflects our brand standards.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in a retail or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.- Confident and Strong shift leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Passion for food and beverage with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems
