Housekeeping Supervisor Position

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the property remains clean and providing exceptional customer service.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the performance of housekeeping staff, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. This includes monitoring and controlling the use of housekeeping equipment and consumables, as well as coordinating deep cleans of hostel rooms and communal facilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the property.
  • Monitor and control the use of housekeeping equipment and consumables.
  • Coordinate and conduct periodic deep cleans of hostel rooms and communal facilities.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff in the performance of their duties.
  • Report any arising issues to management.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Flexibility to work 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
