**YHA Byron Bay **is currently seeking a **Receptionist** to join the team on a **par-time basis**. You will be the face and first point of contact for the Byron Bay YHA. In this busy and varied role, you will be utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our members with the best experience whilst at the reception desk. You will be motivated and hardworking with the “can-do attitude” which will see you thrive in the role.

**Day-to-day duties include**:
**Reception** duties include; providing a friendly welcome and checking guests in and out, answering queries, being a source of helpful local information and knowledge, and promoting in-house activities to guests.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in reception, customer service and accommodation
- Willingness to take direction from others
- Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written

**Salary**: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
