Leadership Opportunity: Customer Service Team Manager

A day in the life:

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Embed brand promise and build a sense of purpose within your teams
  • Build a positive team culture and a sense of connection that drives performance
  • Celebrate & recognise moments that matter for our people
  • Create and lead a coaching culture founded on strong meaningful relationships
  • Upskill and provide practical support to Memberline Consultants

About You

We are looking for a proven customer service professional and leader who can demonstrate their ability to navigate ambiguous and complex matters. You will be self-driven and passionate about positively impacting the employee and member experience.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum Year 12 and demonstrated experience in leading high-performance teams within a Contact Centre/Customer Service environment
  • Strong customer service and experience ethics
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and work in fast-paced environment
  • Well organised, ability to prioritise workload
  • Understanding of applicable legislative obligations, including acts, codes, and regulations relevant to the role
