High-Performing Engineering Leader Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to spearhead our technology initiatives, drive innovation, and foster collaboration between teams.
- This role involves leading a high-performing engineering team in delivering scalable solutions that meet business objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting applications in cloud-based environments, leveraging event-driven and microservices architecture patterns, and ensuring seamless integration with data pipelines.
- This includes designing and maintaining secure, scalable, and performant RESTful or GraphQL APIs, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technology adoption.
- Proven experience in scaling an engineering team with AI and expertise in CI/CD pipelines and practices.
- Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, or similar for system performance and health monitoring.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and working with tools like Airflow, Kafka, or similar.
- API design experience, including designing and maintaining secure, scalable, and performant RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
