We are seeking a Career Advisor to join our team in Wonthaggi/Grantville.

About the Role:

This is an on-site position that involves working one-on-one with clients to provide support for a sustainable career. As a Career Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our services, building relationships with local employers, sourcing job opportunities, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Encourage and motivate participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Reverse market clients to employers;
  • Place participants into sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes;
  • Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance requirements; and
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, employers, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a client-facing role, minimum one year's experience;
  • Demonstrated ability to work with individuals overcoming challenges;
  • Confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Ability to work to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and achieve tangible results;
  • A current Driver's License;
  • Hold a valid Australian driver's license;
  • First Aid Certification would be beneficial but not essential.
